中药外洗配合玻璃酸钠治疗早期踝关节创伤性骨关节炎的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Early Stage Traumatic Osteoarthritis of Ankle Joint Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Washout Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate

Abstract
Objective; To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese medicine washout combined with sodium hyaluronate on traumatic osteoarthritis of ankle joint. Methods; 46 patients with ankle traumatic osteoarthritis were treated with traditional Chinese medicine washout combined with sodium hyaluronate injection. To evaluate clinical effect after 5 weeks. Results; The Pain Rating Index score of 46 cases were 9. 22+1. 81 and 6. 47+1. 07 before and after treatment, the Mazur score of 46 cases were 57. 93+8. 15 and 79. 69+9. 62 before and after treatment, there was statistical difference of PRI and Mazur score before and after treatment (P<0.05). The clinic therapeutic result was excellent in 26, good in 14, moderate in 3, bad in 3cases, the effective rate was 93. 5%. Conclusion; Traditional Chinese medicine washout combined with sodium hyaluronate can cure traumatic osteoarthritis of ankle joint with symptom-relieving and joint function-improving action, it is an effective therapy method for ankle traumatic osteoarthritis.关键词
