王成荣从“地道通否”辨治不孕症
Specific Experiences of WangChengrong on Treating Infertility from “Status of Didao” Diagnosis Procedure

Abstract
For infertility caused by "didao blocking" , the well-known TCM practitioner WANG Chengrong makes use of modem medical diagnostic methods, such as hydrotubation, HSG, Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy to confirm infertility caused by pelvic adhesion. Basing on TCM treatment, surgery like Lysis pelvic adhesions, Transcervical resection of adhesion, Tubal reconstructive plastic will be adopted when necessary. Pre-operation, Chinese herbs can be used to improve the Pelvic environment, reducing adhesions, desalting scar and increasing the odds of success. Post-operation, Chinese herbs can be used to prevent adhesions, desalt scar, repair tissues and recover tube function. With the specific "didao" diagnosis procedure as the core, normative diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine on infertility caused by pelvic adhesion is summarized. As a result, the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine is promoted and the advantages of it are also made full use of.关键词
