地圣珠水煎剂对血管性痴呆小鼠海马区NF-κB及COX-2表达的影响
Effects of Dishengzhu Decoction on NF-κB and COX-2Expression in Hippocampus of Vascular Dementia Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of Dishengzhu Decoction on the level of NF-kB and C0X-2expression in hippocampus of mice model with vascular dementia. Methods; The synthetic vascular dementia mice model through transient occlusion of bilateral carotid artery were duplicated. The Chinese medicine group was administered respectively with the Dishengzhu Decoction while the model group with the normal saline only. The level of NF-kB and COX-2in hippocampus of mice model were detected by the means of ELISA method. Results: The level of NF-kB and COX-2obviously increased in model group compared with the Chinese medicine group, and while Dishengzhu Decoction could obviously decrease the level of NF-kB and COX-2. Conclusion; Dishengzhu Decoction can remarkably decrease the level of NF-kB and C0X-2in hippocampus of mice model with vascular dementia.关键词
