摘要

Abstract

By adopting artificial wetland sewage ecological treatment system of surface flow, through 3 repetition of the field test of randomized block design, by using Origin software for randomized double factor variance analysis and Minitab software for the multiple comparison analysis and significance test of the difference, the paper studied the different purification effects of different plant configuration patterns on living wastewater under different water retention time to select optimal plant species and combinations. The results show that with the residence time of 1 day, 3 days and 5 days, the purification effects of different plant combinations reach extremely significant level. With the residence time of 1 day and 3 days, the purification rate of Arundo donax, cattail and Canna combination is highest, and that of reed is lowest. With the residence time of 5 days, the purification rate of cattail reed and Beauty banana combination is highest, and that of Typha is lowest. The optimal plant combination is Arundo donax, cattail and Canna combination, followed by reed, cattail and Canna combination; and the optimal plant species is cattail, followed by arundo.
