拟南芥和大白菜YABBY蛋白家族的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatic Analysis of YABBY Protein Family in Arabidopsis and Chinese Cabbage
摘要
Abstract
YABBY gene family is one kind of transcription factor featuring the existence of C2C2 zinc finger and YABBY domains, which plays important roles in regulating the development of leaf organ. In this study, the structure, phylogeny, conserved sequences and cis - acting elements of YABBY. Genes in Arabidopsis and Chinese cabbage were analyzed using bio - informatics. The main results were listed as follows. The YABBY genes distributed unevenly on the chromosomes; most of YABBY genes contained 6 introns; all YABBY genes contained conserved C2C2 - zinc finger and YABBY domains; the YABBY gene family could be divided into four sub - family groups; there were many cis - acting elements, which responsed to hormones and stress signals, existing in the promoter region. This research laid a foundation for functional dissection of YABBY genes in Chinese cabbage leafy head development and stress response.关键词
