Identification and Characteristics Analysis of Three Novel CBL Genes from Chinese Cabbage
摘要
Abstract
Three novel CBL genes were indentified from Chinese cabbage by using the known CBL genes of Chinese cabbage as queries to blast the Chinese genome sequences in public nuclear acid databases. The structure, phylogeny and cis -elements of these genes were analyzed. This study provided valuable information for further cloning and functional analysis of these novel CBL genes.关键词
