学龄儿童手术前后黑暗恐惧程度评价及分析
Comparation of dark fear in school-age children before and after surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of different surgery on dark fear of the school-age children, so as to lay foundation for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods Total of 557 children undergoing operation in the affiliated hospital of Weifang Medical University were selected from September 2009 to June 2011, their dark fear degree was evaluatived by the HAMA anxiety scale on hospital admission and discharge. Results The dark fear degree on hospital admission was significantly higher that on hospital discharge (P <0. 05 or 0. 01) , the degree of children in ophthalmology is much higher than that in other departments on hospital discharge (P < 0. 01) , no difference were found among the other departments ( P >0. 05). Conclusions Surgery can increase the dark fear degree of school-age children, especially for the ophthalmology surgery; the clinic should take corresponding measures to decrease the occurrence of psychological disadvantages in children.关键词
