双酚A对雄性斑马鱼的内分泌干扰效应
The endocrine disrupting effect of bisphenol A on male zebrafish (Danio rerio)

Abstract
In order to better understand the endocrine disrupting effect of bisphenol A(BPA)on zebrafish, the expressions of Esrl mRNA(ERa) ,AhR2 and VTG1 mRNA in male zebrafish livers were studied in being exposed to BPA.The results showed that 12 h later,the Esrl mRNA and VTG1 significantly increased(P<0.05) ;24 h later,the relative expression levels of both Esrl mRNA and VTG1 mRNA remained quite high(P<0.05) ;48 h later,the relative expression, level of Esrl mRNA continued to rise;the relative expression levels of both Esrl mRNA and VTG1 mRNA at 72 h were lower than those at 12,24 and 48 h. During being exposed to BPA for 96 h,the relative expression level of AhR2 mRNA 48 h later was 3.22 times as high as that at 0 h,and both Esrl mRNA and VTG1 mRNA relative expression levels were not different in variation. The inductive capacity of BPA for the Esrl mRNA and VTG1 mRNA was greater but that for the AhR2 was less. It was concluded that the endocrine disrupting effect of BPA on zebrafish could be a process of multiple pathways.关键词
