猪伪狂犬病病毒的分离与鉴定
Isolation and identification of porcine pseudorabies virus
摘要
Abstract
A virulent strain of pseudorabies virus (PRV) from the brain tissue of a diseased piglet was isolated with swine testis cells(ST cells) ,and its virus titer at the 6th passage was 107 75 TCID50/mL. By using specific primers of porcine pseudorabies virus,a partial nucleotide fragment of gB gene the same size as expected was amplified from the virus cell culture. The sequencing showed that the homology between the partial sequence of gB gene and those of 5 strains of PRV registered in the GenBank was 98.0% - 99. 5%. The typical clinical symptoms of pseudorabies could be observed in the inoculated rabbits and the ELD50 was 10"7 50/mL.The isolated virus could be neutralized by the positive serum of PRV.关键词
