高含油率甘蓝型双低油菜新品种‘沪油21’的选育

Abstract
The new rape variety ' Huyou 21' (Brassica ndpus) with double low [erucic acid and glucosinolate] but high oil content in rapeseed was successfully bred through double cross between varieties (lines). Its rapeseed contained 0. 87% of erucic acid in fat acid, 18. 00祄ol/g of glucosinolates in rape-seed meal,and 46% of oil. In the Shanghai regional test of rape, it averagely yielded 2 823. 45 kg/hm2 rapeseed and 1 279. 35 kg/hm2 rapeseed oil, increasing respectively by 8. 8% and 13. 1% over the control variety 'Huyou 15'. In the Shanghai production test of rape in 2009, it averagely yielded 2 276.55 kg/hm2 rapeseed and 1 037. 70 kg/hm2 rapeseed oil, increasing respectively by 3. 95% and 7.49% over 'Huyou 15'.关键词
