摘要
Abstract
A dissipative structure model based on dissipative structure theory is developed in this study to analyze the environmental management performance level of cascade hydropower development project.By the entropy theory for project management,flow index systems of positive entropy and negative entropy are constructed.An entropy method is used to calculate positive entropy dis,negative entropy des and their simple summation or the management′s total entropy ds that characterizes the management level.A positive value of ds stands for a dissipative system structure or a good performance level,zero value for a temporarily stable level,and negative value for a poor level.A case study is given for verification of this model.关键词
