Preparation of PE Grafting Masterbatch for Hot Melt Adhesive Using in Steel-plastic Composite Pipe

Abstract
A kind of PE grafting masterbath for hot melt adhesive using in steel-plastic composite pipe was prepared and investigated. The results show that: the bonding force of hot melt adhesive compounded with LLDPE grafting masterbatch was the best; the optimal contents of MAH and DCP are 1.5 phr and 0.08 phr respectively. The grafting ratio of PE grafting masterbatch further improves with the introducing of St, and then the bonding force of hot melt adhesive improves. The optimal ratio of PE grafting masterbatch as follows: LLDPE:DCP:MAH:St = 100:0.08:1.5:2.1.关键词
