摘要
Abstract
The combination process of aptamers and it' s targets similar to the immune response. Aptamers can replace antibodies in almost all the fields involving antibodies. In contrast to antibodies, aptamers have the advantages of good stability, easy to artificial synthesis and modify, a wider range of target molecules. It has been widely used in drug development ,basic medical sciences, clinical diagnosis,clinical care and so on.关键词
