蛋鸡与肉鸡小肠早期生长发育的差异研究
Comparison of the Early Growth and Development Patterns of Small Intestine Between White Leghorn and Avian

Abstract
To study the pattern of the early growth and development of layer and broiler, small intestinal developmental morphology of two commercial breeds: White Leghorn layer and Arbor Acres broiler were measured from day of hatch to 28 days. Chickens were fed with the same feeds under the same condition. At day of hatch, day 1, 3, 7, 14 and 28, birds were sampled, the intestine growth traits were measured and the intestine samples were stored for slides. Some intestine traits were measured with microscope by using image software. The results showed that the weight, length, perimeter of the small intestine, intestinal villus length, and intestinal recesses depth of two breeds increased with days of age, and the growth rate of AA broiler was faster than that of White Leghorn layer. The difference in intestinal growth and development between layers and broilers was analyzed in this study, and the results can be used for future research.关键词
