不同品种瓶装醋定性判别的研究
Qualitative Discrimination of the Different Types of Bottled Vinegar

Abstract
In order to obtain the reliable qualitative prediction model for nondestructive bottled vinegar, 240 bottled vinegars with different types in Shanxi province was used as samples, and for collecting spectral data. Spectral pretreatment was done on the original spectrum. Principal component analysis was used to reduce the dimension. Combined with the Mahalanobis distance discriminant method, the qualitative discriminant model was established. The results showed that the accuracy percentage of correct classification for both the calibration and prediction set all reached 100%. Near—infrared spectroscopy can be used to detect bottled vinegar directly, and can reach a rapid and nondestructive purpose.关键词
