Abstract
The oversight of the judicial department in legislation and law enforcement leads to the psychological problems of the rural left-behind children.According to "children maximum benefit principle",the judiciary should improve the management and coordinate with other departments.Guardians should be educated to create a favorable environment for children growth.关键词
