摘要
Abstract
The dividend policy,as one of three core policies in the corporate financial management,has been the focus of the financial study in the western corporations.Based on the analysis of the features of dividend payout in China,this paper has made a comprehensive research on the existing problems and their causes in the listed companies,and then put forward some countermeasures about how to standardize dividend payout in China.Following the principle of the integration of theory and practice,this paper has profoundly analyzed the patterns of dividend payout in China's listed companies in recent years from the theoretical and practical perspective.关键词
