Positioning and Defining Standards of Agricultural Intellectual Property Rights
摘要
Abstract
The scientific definition of agricultural intellectual property rights is the premise of further investigating and theoretical system constructing.Under this system,according to the distinction between "self-duplication" of agricultural intellectual property right and "duplication" of other intellectual property right objects,we can define agricultural intellectual property right as the intellectual property right of life form in agriculture's domain.With the object standards and the technical standards,we can define the agricultural intellectual property right as the intellectual property rights which are closely related to biotic genetic resources of agriculture.关键词
