摘要
Abstract
The green GDP means the gross domestic product which subtracts the cost of destroying environment. It fills in the gap that the traditional GDP accounting system cannot reflect the negative effect results from the economic growth. It applies the SEEA system and researches the green GDP of Qingdao city in the year of 2006-2010. The result demonstrates that the rates of resource utilization efficiency is not high, the city ignores the cleaner production, industrial structure is not reasonable and the achievement assessment system is unscientific. Then it is suggested that Qingdao City should improve the efficiency of resources utilization, improve clean production, promote the tertiary industry upgrade and build the achievement assessment system based on the green GDP to realize sustainable development of Qingdao City.关键词
