Abstract
Eloquence and fact isn't rival binary relation in Aristotle's rhetoric, eloquence together with fact constructed one side of rival relation, another side is falsity and injustice. Aristotle had turned the relation of eloquence and fact from rival state to symbiosis and dependency state, so it has freed rhetoric from the criticism of Plato, and promoted the institutionalization and legalization of rhetoric.关键词
