摘要

Abstract

Objective To investingate the effects of matrine on the growth and expression of DLK1 in human hepato cellular carcinoma cell line HepG2. Methods HepG2 cells were treated with different concentrations of matrine, RT-PCR was used for the detection of DLK1 gene expression level; MTT, transwell and flow cytometry were used for the detections of HepG2 cell growth, invasiveness and apoptosis. Results After treated with matrine, HepG2 cells DLK1 gene mRNA expression, cell growth rate and invasive ability decreased. Conclusion Matrine can effectively inhibit DLK1 gene expression, cell growth, proliferation and invasion of HepG2.
