环二鸟苷酸与铜绿假单胞菌形成生物膜的相关性研究
Correlation study between c-di-GMP and biofilm formation by Pseudomonas aeruginosa
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between c-di-GMP and biofilm formation by Pseudomonas aeruginosa through constructing strains with phospho-diesterase gene mutation. Methods The plasmid for genetic mutation was constructed with gene engineering technique and transformed into wild Pseudomonas aeruginosa by homologous recombination. The genetic mutation strains were screened by resistance and sucrose. Results Compared with wild strains, the genetic mutation strains were more prone to form microclone and biofilm on catheter material. Conclusion The increase of c-di-GMP can promotes biofilm formation. C-di-GMP has closely correlation with nosocomial infection and drug resistance caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.关键词
