miR-21在宫颈鳞癌淋巴结转移患者血清中的表达及其临床意义
Expression of miR-21 in squamous cell carcinoma of cervix with lymph node metastasis and its clinical significance

Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of miR-21 in squamous cell carcinoma of cervix and the correlation with lymph node metastasis (LNM). Methods The patients of 74 women were obtained from January 2011 to August 2011 in Guangxi medical university cancer hospital, applied hairpin of real-time RT-PCR to detect the expression level of serum miR-21.23 cases were squamous cell carcinoma of cervix with LNM, 39 cases were squamous cell carcinoma of cervix without LNM, 12 cases were normal control. Applied non-parametric test for multiple independent samples,each two group with rank sum test. Results There were statistically significant correlations between the three groups (P ＜ 0.05). The serum miR-21 level of cervical cancer cases with LNM was higher than the other two groups. There was no statistical significance between cervical cancer without LNM and normal control group. Conclusion Serum miR-21 may have its clinical value in predicting LNM in cervical cancer.关键词
