Abstract
Objective To investigate the time of dinoprostone in induction of premature rupture of the membrane pregnancies in term. Methods 97 pregnant women who had full term premature rupture of membrane, cervical Bishop score ＜ 6, without induction and drug contraindications, were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (one piece of dinoprostone was put into the vaginal in 6 hours after the premature rupture of membrane) and the control group (one piece of dinoprostone was put into the vaginal in 24 hours after the premature rupture of membrane, with cervical Bishop score ＜ 6). The cesarean section rate, labor time, time of total stage of labor, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and puerperal infection rate in the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences of labor time, the time of total stage of labor, fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia and puerperal infection rate in the two groups. The cesarean section rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Dinoprostone can be used to promote the cervical maturation of premature rupture of the membrance pregnancy in term effectively and safely, and reduce the cesarean section rate.
