摘要
Abstract
Maturation index is an important parameter for oocyte quality. It could directly affect the outcome of in vitro fertilization (IVF). In the process of IVF, human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is commonly used to induce oocyte maturation and ovulation. The pregnancy rate was not different in oocytes retrieved from 35 to 38 hours after hCG injection. A right time of insemination from 39 to 40 hours after hCG injection could optimize the outcome of IVF.关键词
