类固醇激素合成急性调节蛋白在大鼠多囊卵巢中的表达
Expression of steroidogenic acute regulatory protein in rats with polycystic ovarian syndrome

Abstract
Objective: To explore the expression of steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (StAR) in the polycystic ovary of the rat with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) induced hy dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) , and the relationship between hormonal secretion and estral changes. Methods: The model of rat with PCOS was established by DHEA injection. The serum levels of progesterone (P) and estrogen (E2) were measured by immunoradioassay. The expression of StAR and steroidogenic factor-l(SF-l) were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Results: The polycystic ovary phynomena was present in the rat model. The serum levels of E2 in PCOS group was significantly higher than those in normal control (NC) group (,P<Si. 01). There was no significant difference of serum P levels between PCOS and NC group (P>0. 05). The expressions of StAR and steroidogenic factor-1 (SF-1) in PCOS group were significantly higher than those in the NC group (P <0. 05). Conclusions: The higher expression of StAR was regulated by SF-1 in the model of rat with PCOS induced by DHEA. The increase of serum E2 level was independent with StAR expression.关键词
