摘要

Abstract

Oxalic acid addition amount,the temperature of preparation and other factors in the the preparation of the ultya-fine powder of SiC with sol-gel and carbon heat reduction method to the time of gel, powder particles degrees and purity. Confirm the Optimal processing parameters. The result shows that the ultya-fine powder of SiC which is made by such process conditions,the particle size is less then 35 nm.the purity is more than 98% .approximate spherical.
