活血熄风颗粒剂中挥发性成分包合物的制备工艺及处方优化
Study on Preparation and Optimal Formula of Inclusion Compound of Volatile Oil for Huoxue Xifen Granules
摘要
Abstract
To compare inclusion effects and process conditions of three preparation methods including saturated solution method, ultrasonic method and colloid mill method for inclusion compound of volatile oils. An orthogonal design was carried out to optimize the formula of (3 - CD inclusion compound of volatile oils from traditional herbs in Huoxue Xifeng Granules. The optimal experimental conditions of colloid mill method are as follows: the ratio of volatile oil and (3- CD was 1:10(ml/g), the ratio of (3- CD and distilled water was 1:4 and kept grinding for 40 min at 45X .The formation of inclusion compound was confirmed TLC and UV - spectrogram.The technology was simple,and suitable for industrialization product.关键词
