气相色谱-质谱法测定十味香鹿胶囊挥发油的化学成分
GC-MS Analysis of Volatile oil Constituents from Shiwei Xianglu Capsule
摘要
Abstract
To analyze the volatile oil components from Shiwei Xianglu Capsule by GC - MS.The volatile oil components were extracted and isolated with steam distillation method according to ChP(2010) .The chemical compositions were separated by GC capillary column chromatogra-phy,and the relative contents were analyzed by GC - MS. The GC - MS analysis with an Agilent 19091M - 436 capillary column (30m x 0.25mm,0.25um) ;The inlet temperature was maintained at 280% .The column oven was begun at 60%,then programmed from 60 to 280% at 10%/min, held for 12 min. Mass spectrometer conditions were: ionization mode, El;electron energy 70eV; Ion source temperature 230%. The mass selective detector was operated in the TIC mode,mass scan range,20 ~ 500 amu.33 compounds were detected and 22 compounds of them were identified. And the compounds that the relative contents were more than 5% were Methyl hexadec- 9- enoate(5.456%) .palmitic acid(54.107% ), (Z) - 9 - Octadecenoic acid methyl ester(8.092%), (Z,Z) - 9.12 - Octadecadienoic acid(6,O26% ), (E) - 9 - Octade-cenoic acid{7.285%) .The main components in the oil were palmitic acid, define acid.ene acid methyl ester.关键词
