摘要
Abstract
Target Speed is one of the core parameters of main technical standards of railway. According to the functional orientation for Quzhou-Ningde Railway, the article focuses on its characteristics, that are; in the region where this project is located, the construction standards of the railway network are higher; within the working life which had been researched, the condition of separated operation between passenger and freight transportation may be achieved; the passenger flow will be not heavy but the passenger flow differences among the different line sections will be bigger. Then through analyses on some aspects, including the adaptabilities to different speed standards and different functional orientations, the coordination ability with railway network, the differences among construction standards, and the effects of the project characteristics on the project investment, this article puts forward the suggestion that the designer should choose the different target speeds based on the different railway sections.关键词
