石榴皮染料对毛织物的染色性能研究
Dyeing Properties of Pomegranate Peel Dye to Wool Fabrics
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the following aspects of the abundant Pomegranate peel dye were investigated: the stability of Pomegranate peel dye solution to heat water;the effects of the dye bath pH value,dyeing temperature on the color characteristic values of the dyed wool fabrics and the color fastness and the resistance to UV of the dyed wool fabrics. The results showed that the Pomegranate peel dye solution had good stability to heat water. The direct dyeing method, pre-mor-danting or after-mordanting dyeing method all can be used to dye wool fabrics with Pomegranate peel dye and the different dyeing methods can dye the different colors of the wool fabrics. For the direct dyeing method,the dye bath pH value of 3 was appropriate. For the iron after-mordanting dyeing method,the dye bath pH value of 7 was appropriate. The dyeing temperature of 100 ℃ was appropriate to the two dyeing methods. The dyed wool fabrics with Pomegranate peel dye had good color fastness properties to soaping,rubbing,sublimation and good resistance to UV. Pomegranate peel dye can be used as functional natural dye to wool fabrics.关键词
