摘要

Abstract

The ginsenosides were extracted and purified by PEG/(NH4)2SO4 aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) from the roots of Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer. The extraction parameters of ATPS,including the molecular weight of PEG,concentration of PEG/(NH4)2SO4 ,pH and temperature were investigated based on volume ratio (R) ,partition coef cient (K) and recovery yield (Y). The results indicated that the optimal ATPS was 12% PEG3350 and 16% (NH4)2SO4at pH 7.0 and 60 ℃. The recovery yield of ginsenosides using the optimized ATPS was 88.94%.
