Study of Applying S-bridge Electromagnetic Band Gap Structure for Simultaneous Switch Noise Suppression
摘要
Abstract
A new S-bridge electromagnetic band gap structure (EBG) is designed, and the proposed S-bridged EBG power plane has been fabricated simultaneously with a conventional parallel plate power plane and the L-bridged EBG power plane for the comparison. The results shown that using S-bridged electromagnetic band gap structure can improve the SSN suppression bandwidth, moreover, it can reduce the number of local decoupling capacitors.关键词
