Abstract
The web video conferencing is the trend of development and research focus of the current video confenencing. This pa- per describes the advantages and functions of the web video conferencing system and the streaming media technology; analyzes the func- tional structure of the foreground and background of the video conferencing system and its interaction principle. Based on Flash Builder 4.6 and Red5 platform,the paper designs and implements the client and server side of the web video conferencing system. Finally a test environment is set up and test results show that the scheme is feasible.关键词
