Programming model for the site selection of offshore platforms based on stochastic oil price and its solution
摘要
Abstract
In order to make rational use of limited resources to achieve maximum economic benefits,the variables,the objective function and the constraint conditions in the site selection decision-making of offshore platforms are analyzed in detail, and a bi-level programming model is established under stochastic oil price. An adaptive genetic algorithm to solve the problem is designed according to the characteristics of the model. A tabu search algorithm is used for solving the lower planning, which can improve the optimization efficiency and effect of the model. The study successfully solves the optimal distribution of platform production capacity, cost and resources in the site selection of offshore platforms.关键词
