超声弹性成像与乳腺钼靶摄影对乳腺癌诊断的对比研究
Comparative study of mammography and sonographic elastography for the diagnosis of breast carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To explore the diagnostic value of mammography and sonographic elastography for the diagnosis of breast carcinoma. Methods; Before operation of 110 breast carcinoma, the mammography and sonographic elastography were checked. All these results were compared with pathological diagnosis accordingly. Results;The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of mammography for diagnosis of malignant cancer were 68. 75% , 76.92% ,74.55% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of sonographic elastography for diagnosis of malignant lesions were 79.41% ,78.94% ,79. 10% respectively. Conclusion; According to the statistical analysis , the accuracy of sonographic elastography was higher than that of mammography. As one of the subsidiary methods of sonographic elastography, combined mammography is helpful to improve the accuracy of elastography results.关键词
