摘要

Abstract

In simple terms, a PLC (programmable logic controller) is a kind of programmable memory device, in which logical operation, arithmetic operation and sequence control of related data information are completed and displayed in the form of analog and digital with the aid of the output device. Taking the PLC-based elevator control system as the research object, the paper analyzes the advantages and functions of the elevator control system based on PLC, the basic structure and working principles of the system and the key issues in the design of the control system. With the emphasis on the design of a five-storey AC dual-speed elevator control system based on PLC and its implementation method, the paper discusses and elaborates the PLC-based elevator control system. Based on this, the paper demonstrates the function and meaning of PLC in improving the operating stability, action corresponding effectiveness and long time continuous safe operation of the elevator control system.
