阴道发育异常247例临床分析
Clinical analysis of vaginal malformation in 247 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical feature, diagnosis and treatment of vaginal malformation. Methods; A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the clinical datas of 247 patients with vaginal malformation in Wuhan Tongji Hospital from 2002 to 2011. Results; In 247 patients, there were 173(70.04%) with congenital absence of the vagina, 65 (26. 32% ) with vaginal atresia,and 9(3. 64% ) with vaginal septum. The clinical manifestations were primary amenorrhea ( 96. 4% ) , abdominal pain ( 32. 4% ) and dyspareunia (8. 9% ). 201 patients (81.4% ) were associated with uterine malformation. Incidence of renal malformation was 10. 3% (19/184). 235 of 247 patients were treated by operation. Conclusions; Congenital absence of the vagina is the most common type of vaginal malformation, which is often associated with uterine malformation and urinary malformation. Much attention should be paid to those associated malformations because of their important clinical significance. Most patients need operation while different methods are chosen according to the type of the malformation.关键词
