Abstract
Objective:To study the expressions of HOXA-10,HOXA-11 ,Esr2 and Pgr in endometrium during the peri-implatation period after controlled ovarian hyperstimulation on mice. To explore the influence of COH to endometrial receptivity. Methods: Thirty female mice were randomized into the treatment group ( GnRH-a + HMG + HCG ) and the control group (0.9% NS) ,15 cases in every group. After successful modeling,calculate the uterus index,ob-served the endometrial histology with Optical Microscope. Detection of HOXA-10、HOXA-11、 Esr2、Pgr mRNA expression in endometrial with Polymerase Chain Reaction and Real-time Poly-merase Chain Reaction. Results;The uterus index were decreased significantly and development delay in endometrium,maturity and thickness decreased,HOXA-10、HOXA-11 and Pgr mRNA expressions were decreased, but Esr2 mRNA expression was higher, in treatment group of COH mice(P<0. 05). There were significantly differences compared with the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: COH lead to HOXA-10、HOXA-1 l、Pgr mRNA expressions decreased and Esr2 mRNA expression higher in endometrial, endometrial insufficient preparation and endome-trial receptivity decreased.关键词
