新丰和新光两个核桃品种光合特性及产量比较
Comparison of Photosynthetic Characteristics and Yield of Two Walnut Cultivars

Abstract
[ Objective ] This project aims to provide a theoretical basis for reasonable and adjustable space between plants and choice of high yield walnut varieties in production by studying chlorophyll content (SPAD value), photosynthetic parameters, parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and yield per plant of two walnut cultivars Xinfeng and Xinguang. [ Method ] The photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics parameters of two walnut cultivars were measured by using the SPAD - 502 chlorophyll meter, Licor - 6400 photosynthesis system and FMS - 2 chlorophyll fluorescence analyzer, and Binding assay with shell yield and kernel yield. [Result] there was a significant higher chlorophyll content (SPAD value) in leaves of Xinfeng compared with Xinguang, but its light compensation point (LCP) and respiration rate were lower than those of Xinguang, the apparent quantum yield (AQY) and photosynthetic rate (Pn) were also remarkable higher than those of Xinguang, its Pn was 29. 1% higher; there were no significant difference in Fv/Fm, φPPS1I, ETR, NPQ between two walnut cultivars. Shell yield and kernel yield in per plant of Xinfeng were significantly higher than those of Xinguang, their shell yield per plant was 1. 20 ± 0.22, 0.55 ± 0.10 kg/plant, respectively. [ Conclusion] Walnut cultivar Xinfeng is a cultivar with high yield potential features because of its higher light use efficiency than Xinguang.关键词
