摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The purpose of this study was to use microwave auxiliary extraction to extract hop polyphenol in order to provide the scientific basis for the industrial production of hop concrete. [Method]By means of single factor experiment, three main factors : the ethanol concentration, power of microwave and the microwave time were screened at fist. And these factors were optimized by using response surface methodology. [ Result ] Results of response surface analysis showed that the optimum conditions were as follows; ethanol concentration 56% ,the power of microwave 720 W,the microwave time 81 s . [Conclusion] Under this condition, polphenol of hop polyphends to 81.358 mg/g.
