摘要
Abstract
Objective To scientifically evaluate the running efficiency of a hospital in order to provide information support for the optimization of decision making. Methods Comprehensive evaluation index was used to evaluate the work efficiency of a level -three hospital from 2000 to 2011. Results From 2001 to 2007 , the efficiency index of this hospital was quite high among the level -three hospitals, which reached more than 200% from 2008 to 2011. The index was too high, and the hospital was overloaded. Conclusion The number of beds still cannot satisfy the demands. Hospital construction should be strengthened, and the hidden safety dangers should be reduced. Decrease of medical quality restricted by work load and treatment time should be prevented. Furthermore, reinforcementshould be made in all - round competitive strength which includes strong medical service capacity, high -efficient hospital management, cost - effective patient service system, distinctive teaching and research system, and powerful market driving ability.关键词
