Abstract
Human Factors Engineering (HFE) adopts system engineering to research human-machine-environment system, aiming to improve work performance and meet people's value orientation. The necessities and effects of effective clinical engineering services, person-centered management and standardization management with HFE are analyzed. The specific application of HFE in four clinical engineering fields such as usability evaluation of medical devices, design and improvement of work space, safety analysis and assessment of medical device human-machine system, organization and design of medical engineering are summarized in this paper. Introduction of HFE theory and method into clinical engineering can assist surveying kinds of human factors issues from a systematic, human factors based and safe view, and thus help to design and improve a clinical engineering service system. 关键词
