Design and Implementation of Calling and Queuing System for Outpatient Triage
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a calling and queuing system to enhance the efficiency in the outpatient department. Methods Queuing and calling were combined with the steps of registration, treatment, examination, laboratory lest and charging to develop the system, with network technology mobilized. Results The flow, efficiency of the outpatient department were improved. Conchusion The calling and queuing system for outpatient triage, with a high integrity, practicability and exiendibility, contributes a lot to digital construction of the hospital.
