Abstract
Objective To analyze the type, location and stability of artificial total hip prosthesis by pelvic plain film. Methods Pelvic plain films two to three days after total hip replacement of 50 patients were reviewed retrospectively. Results Of the 52 cementless prostheses, 35 ones underwent successful replacement, 8 ones with metal acetabular abduction angles wider than 50°, 8 ones with a length difference of both lower extremities more than 10mm and one with metal acetabular inward prominent. There were two ones with over-wide metal acetabular abduction angles and both extremities of different lengths. Conchusion Pelvic plain film is effective for the evaluation of total hip replacement. 关键词
