Abstract
Objective To investigate the problems and solutions for the indoor quality control of routine blood examination. Methods Hemocyte quality control substances from Sichuan Maker Science & Technology Co., Ltd. and BIO-RAD were used for indoor quality control of the routine blood examination, and the changes of the two substances in three months were compared from the aspects of WBC, RBC, PLT, Hb and MCH. Results There were no significant changes of WBC, RBC, PLT, Hb and MCH of the two substances in three months, and the one from Sichuan Maker Science & Technology Co., Ltd. had changes in HCT, MCV and MCHC, while the other not. Conclusion There are different index stabilities when using the
quality control substances from different factories.
