摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effects of different doses of atorvastatin on lipid and anti-inflammation in patients with acute coronary syndromes( ACS ) by percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention ( PCI) treatment. Methods 52 cases of patients successfully underwent PCI procedure were randomly divided into low dose group and high dose group, 26 patients in each group. On the basis of conventional recovery treatments, low dose group were treated with atorvastatin 20 mg/ d and high dose group were treated with atorvastatin 40 mg/d. Compared the lipid and anti-inflammation effect on the administration days of the 7 days and 28 days, and compared the adverse reactions among the whole treatment. Results After 7 days of administration, lipid levels of the two groups were improved. The TC, LDL-C, CRP, IL-6 of high dose group were significantly improved ( P <0. 05 ). The levels of inflammatory factors of high dose group deceased, there was significant differences compared with non-administration. The lipid of two groups was significantly improved at the 28 days. The efficacy of high dose group were better than low dose group, there was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0. 05 ). And the anti-inflammation of high dose group were also better than low dose group, there was significant differences between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). During the treatment, there was no differences on the adverse reactions between the two groups ( P >0. 05 ). Conclusion Atorvastatin with 40 mg/d can play a significant regulation effect on blood lipids and anti-inflammatory effects on the patients with acute coronary syndromes after PCI treatment.
