摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the influence of different mechanical ventilation mode for the pulmonary function and oxygen metabolism of patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure. Methods 48 patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure from July 2010 to June 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into group A and group B with 24 cases in each group, group A were treated with BiPAP mode, group B were treated with SIMV + PSV mode, then the pulmonary function, blood gas analysis and oxygen metabolism indexes of two groups before and after the treatment at third and seventh day were compared. Results Compared with those before treatment , the pulmonary function, blood gas analysis and oxygen metabolism indexes improved obviously in both groups at 3d, 7d after treatment, and improvement in group B were better than those of group A( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Both BiPAP mode and SIMV + PSV mode can significantly improve the pulmonary function and oxygen metabolism indexes, and SIMV + PSV mode is the better one.
