日粮能量水平对乌金猪肝脏组织脂类代谢相关基因表达的影响
Effect of Dietary Energy Levels on the Expression Levels of Hepatic Lipid Metabolism Genes in Wujin Pigs

Abstract
The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of dietary energy level on expression levels of hepatic lipid metabolism genes in Wujin pigs. Fifty-four Wujin pigs with the body weight of 15 kg were randomly assigned into three groups and imposed on three different energy levels, which were low energy (DE: 11.84 MJ/kg) , middle energy ( DE: 12.97 MJ/kg) and high energy ( DE: 14. 18 MJ/kg) respectively. At the body weights of 30, 60 and 100kg, pigs were slaughtered and liver samples were taken for analyzing the expression levels of lipid metabolism genes by RT-PCR. The results showed that the expression levels of acetyl-CoA carboxylase ( ACC) , fatty acid synthase ( FAS) and sterol regulatory element binding protein 1 c ( SREBP-1c) genes in high dietary energy group were significantly higher than low and middle energy groups ( P < 0. 05 ). On the other hand, high energy could significantly reduce the expression of carnitine palmitoyltransferase I (CPT-I) , peroxisome pro-liferator-activated receptor a (PPAR α) genes ( P < 0. 05 ). This study would supply the theoretical foundation for the scientific feeding of Wujin pigs.关键词
