摘要

Abstract

The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of dietary energy level on expression levels of hepatic lipid metabolism genes in Wujin pigs. Fifty-four Wujin pigs with the body weight of 15 kg were randomly assigned into three groups and imposed on three different energy levels, which were low energy (DE: 11.84 MJ/kg) , middle energy ( DE: 12.97 MJ/kg) and high energy ( DE: 14. 18 MJ/kg) respectively. At the body weights of 30, 60 and 100kg, pigs were slaughtered and liver samples were taken for analyzing the expression levels of lipid metabolism genes by RT-PCR. The results showed that the expression levels of acetyl-CoA carboxylase ( ACC) , fatty acid synthase ( FAS) and sterol regulatory element binding protein 1 c ( SREBP-1c) genes in high dietary energy group were significantly higher than low and middle energy groups ( P < 0. 05 ). On the other hand, high energy could significantly reduce the expression of carnitine palmitoyltransferase I (CPT-I) , peroxisome pro-liferator-activated receptor a (PPAR α) genes ( P < 0. 05 ). This study would supply the theoretical foundation for the scientific feeding of Wujin pigs.
