大花香水月季再生体系的初步建立
Prelimary Establishment of the Regeneration System of Rosa odorata var. gigantea

Abstract
Rosa odorata var. Gigantea was used to investigate factors that effected callus induction and differentiation. The factors contained different concentration of hormone and combination, dark time and so on. The result showed that; MS medium supplied with 6-BA 1. 5 mg/L and NAA 0. 12 mg/L was suitable for inducing axillary buds. Being cultured on MS +2, 4-D 5. 0 mg/L, the induction frequency can up to 93.33%. Being cultured on MS + TDZ 3.0 mg/L + GA3 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0. 1 mg/L for 15d in darkness, the rate of adventitious bud can up to 18% . A regeneration system was established for R. Odorata var. Gigantea by indirect organogenesis, which could provide a foundation for genetic improvement for roses with biotechnology.关键词
